Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the integration of Veeva systems, ensuring seamless data flow and communication between applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize Veeva integration solutions.
• Develop and maintain efficient Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to automate the delivery process.
• Analyze current in-scope requirements and identify and assess the impact on existing integrations with other systems.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for Veeva integrations.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
• Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and platforms by providing technical guidance and support during the integration process.
• Establish governance structure for integration projects and operations.
• Follow industry trends and emerging practices to drive agility, speed, efficiency, and effectiveness in integrations.
• Accountable for adherence to Security and Compliance policies within the Service Delivery scope of integrations.
• Maintain updated documentation for all integration processes and configurations.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with integration goals.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure transparency.
• Ensure timely resolution of integration issues to minimize disruption to business operations while ensuring compliance, secure and quality of integrations.
• Track, report, and deliver against agreed success factors and KPIs for various stakeholders.

Essential Requirements
 

Education & Qualifications

• University degree in computer sciences, business or similar

Experience

• Extensive experience with Veeva Vault and other Veeva systems.
• Strong understanding of Veeva’s architecture, data models, and integration methods.
• Proven experience in managing and leading integration projects.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards for Veeva integrations.
